Asım Süzen

Founder & CEO

An entrepreneur and industrial engineer born and raised in the Akdeniz region. Having traveled to over 50 countries across Europe and Asia, Asım Süzen built his career in import, export, and industrial trade. In the 2000s, he pioneered road-rail transportation in Türkiye and founded RAYVAG — the country's first privately owned railway wagon maintenance workshop — later partnering with a major American railway company. Fulfilling a lifelong vision, he returned to his roots to build ŞRF ASÜÇBEY: an enterprise that combines industrial rigour with the land and forests where he grew up.

Tahsin Raci Süzen

Operations & IT Manager

Responsible for operational coordination and digital infrastructure across all divisions of ŞRF ASÜÇBEY.

Feyza Süzen

Quality Manager

Oversees quality control processes, documentation standards, and the company's certification roadmap across all production lines.

ŞRF ASÜÇBEY is a family enterprise. All strategic decisions are made with a long-term perspective — quality, reputation, and the land are held in higher regard than short-term commercial pressure.
